London's Stink Pipes
Our mission: to seek out and catalogue all of London's stink pipes. If you know of one we haven't featured on this web site, then we'd be grateful to hear from you. Also, if you know anything about stink-pipes, such as, who built them, why, who owns them now, are they still in use, are there any in existence outside of South London, etc. then please let us enlighten us.

J Stone & co also made large steel water-tight doors for ocean liners such as Titanic or Queen Mary.
There appear to be two in Reigate, Surrey. Always wondered what they were.
